Upland Wellness provides a digital health and lifestyle platform offering various services for adults aged 35 and over. These services include, but are not limited to, daily health blog content, personalized lifestyle upgrade recommendations, curated product suggestions for well-being, user feedback and community engagement features, virtual wellness workshops, and expert Q&A sessions. All services are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

7. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to formally close your account.
